Shipping

We pack and ship from Missoula, Montana, typically within two business days. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the bench. Delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn’t right, you may return unused goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Reach out to orders@luxibogoodies.store and we’ll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Anything that fails through normal use is covered — write to us and we’ll repair or replace it.
